Local Lessons
Lessons are $40/hour at our beautiful facility. You can haul in your own horse, or use one of our lesson horses. I do beginner lessons through intermediate and specialized in helping beginners like 4-H members get ready for fair or just get comfortable with their horses. I also help people overcome any problems they may have encountered while riding/working with horses, along with some common fears they may have. All riders under 18 years of age must wear a helmet. All riders must wear riding boots with a heel, long pants and sign a release form. I also do clinics for private, groups or 4-H clubs. Let me know if you have any questions.
Clinics for large groups at reasonable rates. Set up a place to do them and have people ready to learn! We cover things on the ground up to different problems in the saddle and what you can do to fix the problems. Even trailer loading demos.
As we expand and have other trainers on board, there may be another trainer local to you in which you can get help with one of our great instructors. Please contact us to see if a trainer is in your area.
Clinics
Clinics are open for people to bring their horse and learn whatever possible that they can. Perhaps you have a horse that bucks, or bites? Herd bound or barn sour? We can work with you and your horse to over come those issues and many others and make life a much more enjoyable ride/journey. Clinics star t in the morning with ground work and progress based on the rider and horse skills from what they already know. A lunch break is taken and then the riding portion of the clinic begins in the afternoon. The clinics are based on basic ground manners and basics, but handlers/riders and the audience is welcome to ask questions or work on something in particular if there is something they want to focus on. There are several clinic dates open for 2020 and I am currently looking for hosts to host clinics for the year. If you would like to host a clinic and learn some new techniques, then feel free to contact me with more information. For the winter months, please have an indoor arena for the comfort of audience
