Yay! I have completed my first semester back at college and managed to get all A's in my 6 classes. So exciting.  However, it does come with a price.  I haven't been able to ride my own horses for several months, and now I finally am able to do that off and on again.  My own horses are far behind and very out of shape and fat.  After gelding my 2 stallions, due to the lack of time, I've realized that they really are great horses with the work that I've been putting into them.  I'm basically starting from scratch, even though they are broke to ride, but I don't just want to throw the saddle on and go.  That'll end me up in the sand pile for sure.  Even working with the horse first and then sending them out can still send a person into the dirt.  Make sure to watch your horse and see how they react.  Sometimes they just have a bad day and need to be a horse.  Others may have a fear of storms or rain, or whatever the case may be.  Sometimes if they haven't been ridden for awhile, it's windy or a new person is riding.  Please always makie sure to check your horse out first before getting on and go slow until you know your horse wont do anything dangerous and you wo
